Sold a Single-Family home in North Shore at Lake Hart, Orlando, FL 32832

We were originally using a “family friend” agent who worked for a major company, had our house listed for three months without an offer. We were on the verge of not selling when we gave Deanna a shot even though we had zero expectations of anything moving. Literally, within 3 days of signing the contract with her, we had a signed contract, with stipulations very favorable, and above asking price for our Sparrow Landing home. We were floored when she called to tell us, as our expectations could not have been any lower from the previous agent, and she absolutely blew us away. No way would I think of anyone but here if I move back to Florida from Colorado, as she has proved herself to be in a league of her own. We cannot thank her enough!!
