Opted to list with Deanna after initial realtor failed to generate any traffic or a sale. Deanna personally came in to stage the house & redo the sales photos of the house. The quality of pictures were vastly improved & truly show cased our home. Communication was excellent. We received detailed reports each week on viewing statistics from the various listing venues. Received phone calls at least once a week from Deanna on progress for a sale & suggestions to increase interest. All showings were scheduled in advance to our convenience & Deanna personally attended all showings. She followed up after all showings with the other party & provided us with prompt feedback from the showing. (Prior agent would give lock box code to other realtors who showed up w/o appt & w/o our agent; and we rarely rec’d feedback from showings). Most importantly Deanna got us the sale we wanted. Deanna also stayed fully involved throughout the closing process, recommending & facilitating inspections, contractors, & closing agents.
